By using Homescreen, you agree to the following terms.
Homescreen is a physical device that provides a local, portable workspace using the host computer's browser, screen, keyboard, and internet connection. All workspace data is stored on the device itself.
Homescreen is not a cloud service, a backup service, a password manager, a secure browsing tool for malicious activity, or a replacement for responsible computing practices.
By using Homescreen, you take responsibility for:
Homescreen does not automatically log you out of third-party websites. This is similar to using a personal laptop on a shared or public network.
Homescreen may provide access or links to third-party websites and services. Homescreen is not responsible for the availability or security practices of those services, or for any data loss or account issues related to them.
All data lives on the device. Homescreen does not store your data remotely.
Homescreen is not responsible for lost or damaged devices, lost or corrupted data, unauthorized access due to a lost device or weak PIN, or consequences arising from improper use.
You agree to use Homescreen at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homescreen Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of your province of residence.
