Homescreen was designed to work without collecting your data. This policy explains what we do, and more importantly, what we don't.
Homescreen is a physical device that runs a local workspace directly from the device itself. Your files, layouts, and workspace data live on the Homescreen device and stay under your control.
Homescreen does not collect usage analytics, track activity inside the device, store your files or notes, monitor browsing activity, access passwords or login credentials, or transmit data to Homescreen servers.
All workspace data stays on the device. When you unplug Homescreen, your data leaves with it.
If you contact us by email or through our website, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or monetize contact information.
Homescreen may provide access to third-party websites and services such as cloud storage or web apps. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Homescreen does not control or monitor them.
Because Homescreen does not store your data remotely, there is no centralized repository to breach. Security and backups are the responsibility of the user.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on our website.
